Процес найму

1 Recruiter Interview
Expect a 20-30 minute conversation to discuss your motivation, qualifications, and the role’s responsibilities. It’s also a chance for you to learn more about ELVTR and ask any questions.
2 Assessment
You’ll be asked to complete an assessment to test the skills necessary for the role. This helps us understand how your capabilities match the position’s requirements.
3 Hiring Manager Interview
In this interview, the hiring manager will explore your skills in more detail, discuss key performance indicators (KPIs), and address any role-specific questions. It’s another opportunity to ensure our expectations align.
4 Offer Stage
If we’re both a good fit, we’ll present you with an offer that includes salary, working hours, and the proposed start date. Please review and sign the offer within 2-3 days. If you have any questions, feel free to contact your recruiter.
5 Onboarding
Once you accept the offer, you'll receive a welcome letter from HR and your contract to sign before your first day. We’ll also schedule calls with HR and your direct manager to introduce you to ELVTR and discuss your initial tasks.
