We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead. This role is perfect for an experienced and proactive person with outstanding programming skills. The ideal candidate excels at being a leader, is passionate about building strong teams, and loves leading the timely development of high-quality features in order to bring the company’s product to the next level.
Responsibilities
Hands-on development
Participate in the technical design
Manage development tasks, prioritizing, ensuring product quality, timelines, and resource management
Support the curation of the product roadmap
Facilitate communication between the various stakeholders
Mentor engineers on the team
Requirements
Experience developing web applications using Javascript, React, NodeJS, and NextJS (preferably NextJS 14)
Experience working with HTML and CSS
Experience with Typescript
Experience working with Headless CMS (preferably Contentful)
Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless and Vercel frameworks
Experience in Website Performance Optimization
Experience with SQL databases
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Background in leveraging CI/CD for testing and deployment
Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Firm sense of ownership of delivery of key features
Strong track record in hands-on development and engineering design experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solution Architect Experience
Experience with API integrations
Experience with NoSQL databases
Experience with UI/UX design
