The client is a UK-based global company that owns a network of lounges and offers travel experiences worldwide, including dining, retail, sleep, and spa services.
Mobile development team on the client side.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead. This role is perfect for an experienced and proactive person with outstanding programming skills. The ideal candidate excels at being a leader, is passionate about building strong teams, and loves leading the timely development of high-quality features in order to bring the company’s product to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on development
- Participate in the technical design
- Manage development tasks, prioritizing, ensuring product quality, timelines, and resource management
- Support the curation of the product roadmap
- Facilitate communication between the various stakeholders
- Mentor engineers on the team
Requirements
- Experience developing web applications using Javascript, React, NodeJS, and NextJS (preferably NextJS 14)
- Experience working with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Typescript
- Experience working with Headless CMS (preferably Contentful)
- Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless and Vercel frameworks
- Experience in Website Performance Optimization
- Experience with SQL databases
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Background in leveraging CI/CD for testing and deployment
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Firm sense of ownership of delivery of key features
- Strong track record in hands-on development and engineering design experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Solution Architect Experience
- Experience with API integrations
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Experience with UI/UX design
