Marketing Manager/Marketer at ORIL

As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Content Management. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and advertising campaigns. This also includes creating marketing materials for sales campaigns.
• KPI Tracking. Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Website traffic and Conversions. Use SEO techniques to grow company website’s traffic and improve conversion rates
• Market Research. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Marketing Team Management. Coordinate the team of developer, designer and SMM to execute marketing campaigns.
• Budget Management. Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Stakeholders Collaboration. Collaborate closely with Sales, CEO, and external consultants to grow company’s marketing results.

What We Expect:

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing in IT industry
• Experience with analytics and website tracking tools. Candidate should be able to set them up, work and interpret the data (especially Google Analytics)
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Experience working with paid ads (LinkedIn)
• Hands-on SEO experience

​​Communication Skills:

• Upper Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
• Cross-team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to organize work with internal and external specialists (content writers, consultants, designers, SMM)
• Good understanding of US culture and mentality

Other Skills:

• Strong planning, project-management skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing with an emphasis on SEO, social media and advertising
• Basic skills in managing WordPress website
• Result-oriented mindset with proactive and ambitious attitudeGood understanding of IT specifics and terminology

Will be a plus:

• Experience in e-mail marketing
• Experience in management positions
