What you’ll do:

• Creating and participating in the implementation of OBRIO employer brand strategy. Building an effective EVP;
• Managing the Employer Brand team (PR, SMM, Brand Design);
• Organizing end-to-end initiatives and events (online/offline) aimed at attracting TOP talent;
• Creating and launching campaigns/projects that highlight OBRIO brand as a TOP employer (educational projects, internal/external, CSR campaigns, community, etc.);
• Strengthening OBRIO presence in the IT community through partnerships, events, including those with domain communities;
• Monitoring and working with performance metrics for the Employer Brand direction.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in Employer Branding (will be a plus 5+ years of experience in creative industries (PR / Communications/SMM etc);
• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles (as Lead PR Manager/Brand Manager/HR Marketing Manager);
• Your English level is Upper-intermediate+;
• Proven track record in Employer Brand development;
• Deep understanding of marketing elements (e-mail marketing, conversion optimization, content management, copywriting);
• Proven track record of successful event organization;
• Experience in social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn);
• Skills in strategic thinking and planning, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
