Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the B2B or SaaS sector
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English B2 is a must

What will you do:

• Design and implement growth-focused strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B or multivariate tests across various marketing channels.
• Analyze and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and product launches
• Implement and optimize lead generation strategies through inbound marketing channels.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align growth strategies and launch new tactics
