Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter in the customer support or outsourcing industry
  • Familiarity with mass recruitment processes and the ability to handle a high volume of open positions simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of customer support roles and the skills required for success in this field
  • High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • English — upper intermediate (is must)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for customer support roles and other both in Ukraine and abroad
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and participating in the interview process as needed
  • Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
