We’re scaling up our Operations team and looking for enthusiastic professionals to join the team as an Operations Associate. We’re open to hiring people of different backgrounds and previous domain expertise, as long as the competencies you possess set you up for success. This is the perfect opportunity to start your career in Operations. You’ll report directly to the COO.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with COO in building and optimizing core team management and project delivery processes;
Act as an owner for the certain processes, drive process adherence and improvements;
Assist in facilitating team routines and ceremonies;
Help set foundation and further driving data-driven approaches to decision making;
Review and implement activities related to Account Management and client management;
Oversee contract management and invoicing processes, with COO’s assistance;
Take part in financial management and planning;
Implement process automations.
What you’ll need:
2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Operations / Project Management or related field;
Superior communication skills – able to craft clear messages and engage the team to execute project / process / initiative;
Proven experience using data (both qualitative and quantitative) to support decision making;
Analytical mindset, readiness to think outside the box;
Experience using Notion, Asana (or equivalent) etc to organize internal knowledge and drive execution culture;
Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint or equivalent;
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher; able to effectively communicate and process information;
Would be a plus:
Proven track record of building effective business processes from scratch;
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
Experience with Zapier or equivalent;
Experience with Pipedrive or equivalent.

2+ роки професійного досвіду, бажано в Operations / управлінні проєктами або суміжній сфері;
Високі комунікативні навички — здатність формулювати чіткі повідомлення та мотивувати команду до виконання проєктів / процесів / ініціатив;
Досвід використання даних (як якісних, так і кількісних) для підтримки прийняття рішень;
