Email Marketing Specialist at MacPaw

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Email Marketing Specialist with an analytical and product mindset to join our CleanMyMac Retention team.

CleanMyMac is an all-in-one package to awesomize your Mac. It cleans megatons of junk and makes your computer run faster. Just like it did on day one. At this point the product has tens of millions of paid users.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will dive deep in the product, take part in product’s transformation and influence the future improvements.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and monitoring mass and transactional emails
• Growth of email subscriber list and active user base
• Working on development and implementation of trial and paid users retention strategy
• Trial and paid users onboarding via email / web push / in-app notifications
• Conducting A/B tests in email channel/notifications/on website
• Preparing hypotheses aimed to improve conversion rates on different steps of the funnel
• Email marketing strategy improvements and implementation
• Working with current and developing new email partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in email marketing 2+ years
• Experience with Google Analytics, HTML
• Experience in conducting A/B tests
• English upper-intermediate or higher

As a Plus

• Experience with in-app communication
• Experience with web push automation
• Experience in SaaS business
