Online education is a rapidly expanding market, particularly during the pandemic. The vast majority of available courses rely on recorded lectures with no opportunity for student interaction. Our company seeks to recreate the mentorship and hands-on learning of the traditional classroom in an accessible online format for busy professionals.
We entered the Ukrainian market 5 years ago. Since then, students from more than 40+ countries have taken our courses. We’ve trained employees of Google, Vodafone, Pepsi and other leading companies. We have already become a trusted brand in the CIS region. We are currently expanding into the English speaking market.
We are in the first few months of launching our US-based brand. We’ve had great success with our initial courses, but need more help as we grow. We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us find potential instructors in the English speaking market.
The ideal candidate:
- Speaks fluent English
- Is friendly and communicative. Is comfortable approaching strangers via email and phone.
- Has worked or studied in the U.S.
- Is intellectually curious and excited to seek out experts in business and creative fields for courses on topics like
- marketing, management, sales, design, copywriting, creative direction, etc.
- Bonus points for experience in sales, business development, or executive recruiting.
Day to day responsibilities:
Find instructors for our online education courses. Our instructors are industry leaders who work at the most recognizable companies in America. You will find and cold contact instructors to tell them more about our courses. If they’re interested, you’ll coordinate a meeting with our product manager.
We offer:
- Salary: $800 – 1500
- Flexible schedule from 12 am to 8 pm, remote or partially remote. Our office is in Kyiv, near the Kontraktova Square Metro station.
- Education: all courses made by LABA/SKVOT are free for our team, we provide compensation for external training and other courses.
- Benefits: Office lottery each week with free tickets to the cinema, theater, lunch with a colleague, massage, etc. After 6 months we’ll cover half your fitness membership costs. After one-year we’ll buy you a new laptop.
