The number of projects we are working on is extremely growing and now we are in need of a project manager. You will work with our digital marketing campaigns following our strategy and improving it when it’s possible.
You will be managing several small teams of 5 people. There will be a clear process and experienced team members who must make this process very smooth for you.
Must have:
C1 English (no exceptions here). You will be communicating with our clients directly and we must ensure your English is great;
Ability to learn fast. We have clients worldwide in dozens of different industries, that’s why it is highly important to be up to date and flexible to the constant changes;
Understanding of Digital Marketing basics. Well, you are going to manage the digital marketing team, so this one is a no-brainer;
Exceptional skill in Google spreadsheets / MS Excel. We have a lot of stuff in here, and you will be the one managing it;
Important — 99% of our work is done online, using a laptop/computer and different tools. We expect you to be a proficient PC user;
Attention to details;
Strong management skills (both, self-management and team management);
HQ Communication skills. A big part of this role is in the communication between clients and R.S’s team and we need you to do it top-notch;
High stress-resistance (not all of our clients are/might be cutie-pies 🤷).
Would be a bonus:
Experience in Lead Generation (not must, we will teach you everything as our process is quite unique);
Soft skills: flexibility, creative thinking, ability to accept and apply feedback and perseverance)
Experience working in the marketing industry;
LinkedIn user experience;
Multi-tasking skill (you will manage multiple small projects, so it will be a good bonus if you can multi-task sometimes, still, not necessarily);
Experience managing international teams.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be ensuring campaign success by thorough management of the whole process starting from project on-boarding to results delivering (monthly review calls with the client).
Managing LinkedIn lead generation team;
Weekly & monthly campaign reviews;
Providing data-driven growth recommendations;
Control and analyze the performance of campaigns;
Communication with clients;
