This is a Kyiv-based sales position with a very high earning potential at one of the fastest growing online education companies. You must speak perfect English with no accent (or have a very light accent).
ELVTR is looking for a driven sales professional to join our fast-growing sales team. The Sales Executive is responsible for selling ELVTR learning experiences to individuals across North America. In this role, you will leverage our unique sales model to help drive significant growth for the brand and change the future of Digital Learning.

Responsibilities
Reach out to existing and new clients via telephone (warm leads/applicants only, no cold calling).
Managing the entire sales cycle including email and phone follow ups, billing, and reporting.
Manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities and track all customer interactions in a CRM system (Hubspot).
Work with production, marketing, and the executive teams to drive growth for the business.
Be a coach and mentor to less experienced team members and support the Sales Team Lead on training new hires.
Job Requirements
Ability to work from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (Kyiv time)
Outstanding English communication skills with no or little accent
Motivation driven by KPI’s
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
Outgoing, energetic, upbeat and fun personality
Previous sales experience – an asset
Previous experience in student recruitment – an asset
