Pechersk School International invites HR Administrator/Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for a structured person with analytical skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as labor documents, labor books
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process (source candidates, coordinate communication, schedule interviews, conduct an initial orientation to newly hired employees)
- Issue relevant correspondence
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
What we appreciate in our future HR Administrator.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR administrator, ideally in an international company with good knowledge of:
- Local labor and payroll law, protocol and procedures
- Upper-intermediate to advanced written and spoken English
- Structured thinking, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and attention to details
