Customer Support Manager at Sleeper

Customer Care team provides support and care to clients all around the world. With our attention to customers’ needs, we have a direct influence on many processes; from production to delivery to customers’ homes, making us a crucial part of Sleeper’s success. 

You will: 

• Provide the best customer service in all interactions with customers 
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
• Manage all customer requests including emails, messages, calls (in English, Ukrainian, Russian) and comments in social media
• Collect customers feedback and insights 
• Participate in the improvement shopping experience 
• Participate in the development loyalty program 
• Work with all other departments and production team

You have:

• Proficient in written English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience in any industry
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail, self-managed
• Passion for the Retail industry 
• Love to the Sleeper’s spirit
