Senior Financial Analyst at Devoted Studios

We are looking for an organized, thoughtful, and strategic-minded Senior Financial Analyst with management experience to support company activity. Someone who is extremely passionate about finances loves XLS, and thinks “optimization” at all times! Does it resonate with you? If, so please apply.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the company’s activities
• Financial statements analysis, preparation of consolidated reports (P&l, BS, CF)
• Prepare forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis, plan vs fact analysis, and other managerial reports
• Financial Planning and Risk Assessment of the company
• Budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting by profit/cost centers of projects on a regular basis. Plan/Fact project margins
• Optimization and improvement of company’s financial efficiency
• Preparation of financial/statistical/analytical/one-time operational reporting on request
• Ad-hoc financial analysis (what-if analysis; FX, tax, market risk impact analysis, etc)
• Design and implementation of Internal Control Policies and Procedures (indicators of efficiency of work of contractors, control over indicators)
• Control over the company’s financial procedures compliance
• Financial reporting automation, including creating optimization process and specs
• Collaboration with US CPA’s and tax lawyers

Requirements:

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in finance, economics, business, or another related field
• Work experience – from 5 years in audit, accounting, financial analysis, or another related field in international companies
• Management experience – from 3 years
• Advanced Excel user (knowledge of VBA, SQL will be an advantage)
• English – Upper-Intermediate or Advanced: oral and written (can be interviewed in English)
• Self-learner, extremely detailed oriented but always has a big picture in mind
• Good analytical skills (quantitative, qualitative), fast learning
• Knowledge of corporate financial reporting / financial analysis/principles of corporate finance
• Flexibility and Coordination skills – Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment by balancing the needs of all parties
• Influential Leadership – Able to communicate one’s point of view, take responsibility and initiative
• Communication – Ability to communicate in any format to influence and aid the understanding of clients, vendors, and managers.
