Recruitment Researcher/Talent Sourcer (Kyiv, Dnipro) at Daxx

Daxx is looking for a talent sourcer with true love for research and passion for communication with people.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and hire the best talent for our clients’ teams
• Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates
• Work closely with a Recruiter, coordinate the search, set up recruitment priorities on a daily basis
• Work closely with our sales managers and coordinate directly available candidates between various openings
• Be aware and make use of the market’s newest recruitment tools

Requirements:

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Сomplete higher education, availability and desire to have work full-time in a team of recruitment professionals
• Experience in recruiting in the IT industry in product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies is desirable, but not obligatory
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Having a “get things done” attitude and being result-oriented is a must for our team
