Marketing Manager at LIFT99 Ukraine

We’re on the search for a Marketing Manager who’d help to build up the next generation of Ukrainian startup community! This is a full-time job, based in Kyiv. For the on-boarding, our new team member will spend up to one month in Tallinn, Estonia with LIFT99 International team for on-boarding and getting the internal experience with LIFT99 and startup community in Estonia.

We are looking for a self-driven person, excited to put Ukraine on the global startup map. THE ALMIGHTY PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Content management for LIFT99 Ukrainian sites – writing, creating, curating, and editing the written content for LIFT99’s blog, web, and elsewhere
• Writing social media posts in English and guiding the team to participate
• Continuously investigating and mapping the Ukrainian startup scene, and sharing the findings with our local and global community (reports, articles etc.)
• Writing and arranging guests to write meaningful blog posts for LIFT99 Ukraine website
• Social media management – daily management of all LIFT99’s social media accounts connected with Ukrainian site. Experience in running public/professional social media accounts is a big plus.
• Answering messages in social media
• General marketing – working closely together with LIFT99 Kyiv team to support LIFT99’s events, campaigns, hubs, and software
• Brand support for LIFT99 in Ukraine – growing LIFT99 brand awareness in Ukraine and Kyiv
• Working closely together with LIFT99 International team to support the messages and vision of LIFT99
• Public relations: building relationships with journalists and managing media coverage of LIFT99 Kyiv Hub; media monitoring

LIFT99 expects that you are interested also in doing and learning:

• producing and managing the production and distribution of visual and audio content for LIFT99
• developing relationships with other platforms and partners for content and inbound marketing opportunities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1+ years of experience in content management / digital marketing / PR
• Excellent spoken and written English. Ukrainian and/or Russian skills is a huge bonus
• You are passionate about technologies, startups and the community. If you already have a good understanding of the main players, challenges and the situation of the IT market in Kyiv and CEE it’s a big plus
• Helpful, organized, proactive and precise in your work
• Great communication skills and a cheerful personality 
• Professional social media skills & deep interest (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Knowledge or interest in numbers to track marketing
