Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment and staff selection (mostly IT positions);
• Job openings posting;
• Interviewing;
• Staff adaptation;
• Building effective communication within the company;
• Corporate events organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong organisational skills;
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills;
• Аccurate and well organized;
• Hard-working and punctual, great attention to details;
• Ability to manage deadlines;
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and juggling tasks, ability to cope with different challenges;
• Fluent command of English / Upper intermediate level of English;
• Excellent PC skills;
• Recruitment experience will be a plus.
