We started MMDSmart in 2007 with the mission to provide smart communications solutions to organizations of all sizes. Our initial products focused on global voice interconnections, but we have since enhanced our product offering to include messaging, fax and chat. Now we are looking for Junior Support Specialist.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Perform quality checkings on telecommunication trunks
Analyse testing results and search for quality deviations
Communicate with customers (via e-mail) and provide efficient support
REQUIREMENTS:
At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
Proficient PC and Internet user
Organized working style, with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach
Stress resistance
Multi-functionality and ability to work in different systems at the same time
Ability to work independently and put proper priorities
Drive for excellence, fast learner, desire to over deliver
Previous work experience in customer care or technical support is a plus but not necessary
