Mindy Support is a BPO market leader in Ukraine. We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

Currently, we’re seeking a Sales Director to develop and implement an effective sales strategy, maintain and motivate the sales team to successfully achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
  • Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals;
  • Develop and implement business performance measurements (KPIs) for the sales team to facilitate upward and lateral reporting;
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute the most efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies;
  • Verify the CRM is updated with activities and next steps for all leads and opportunities;
  • Any other related activities in the Sales and Marketing Department.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps;
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with an ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing environment;
  • Strategic thinking skills who asks why and looks for alternate ways to achieve goals;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;
  • High energy, positive attitude, result-oriented, and excellent communication/presentation skill;
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to details;
  • Computer skills including Outlook, Google Drive, CRMs;
  • Fluent English.
