Email Marketing Specialist at Ostrovska Talent Acquisition

We’re seeking a professional experienced with emailing campaigns, superb English, and excellent copywriting skills to work in a friendly international team of fast-growing European digital platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns;
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling (it will be needed to do it in several languages);
• Ensure that the emails are mobile, desktop and tablet friendly;
• Manage and build overall email marketing strategy;
• Test every campaign’s success (A/B tests);
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes;
• Seek for new databases for lead generation in the different countries;
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements;
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts;

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field;
• Fluent English;
• Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms (e.g. SendGrid, Mailchimp or others);
• Knowledge of Delivery rates and email marketing KPI’s;
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools;
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills;
• Strong project management skills;
• An ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge regarding GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation);

As a plus:

• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field;
• Fluent in one more language besides English and Ukrainian/Russian;
