PR Manager at Ostrovska Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a PR Manager to join the dynamic team of the Communications Department in a leading Ukrainian pharmaceutical producer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, execution, and measurement of Media Relations Campaigns in accordance with Reputation strategy and Strategic development plan
• Daily review of media monitoring report and annual weekly report
• Development and implementation of PR programs and initiatives (incl. event management) from brief to post analysis
• Content creation for  various communications – speeches (1 per month), events (3-4 per major events per year), hearings
• Organize press interviews, relationship lunches/meetings, roundtable briefings
• Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders with a focus on internet-media and radio, TV and printed press as well
• Close cooperation with other departments in order to ensure effective and well-timed communication

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5 years of experience in communications, preferably with the international company
• Strong communication skills – both writing and oral
• Excellent writing skills in English and Ukrainian, advanced English
• Personal accountability and attention to detail
• Curiosity and resilience
• Project management skills
• Growth mindset – seeking for new channels and opportunities of media presence
• Proactive approach
• Basic knowledge of crisis communications
