SPD-Ukraine is looking for an experienced, result-oriented IT Recruiter to become a part of our team.
The person we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
- Experience in direct search and headhunting
- Ability to lead full-cycle recruitment process
- Good understanding of different IT markets
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Result oriented attitude to work
- At least an Intermediate level of English.

- Search, select, and perform all communications with candidates for remote opportunities
- Execute the full recruitment cycle.
