YOU ARE

• A fluent English writer and speaker, language lover from Shakespeare to Lamar’s songs, catching the difference between the British and American English
• Willing to learn and work at the crossroads of HR, Marketing, Recruiting, and Communications directions
• A person who loves the tech world not only by checking new devices from Apple or Samsung, but keeping an eye on world unicorns, knows that Tesla is doing in high tech direction (not cars only)
• A person, who understands the basic principles of today’s communication
• A self-driven, motivated, and a detail-oriented team player, who will fight for a word or a comma in the right place
• Very well-acquainted with social media and understands the difference between them from consumer and business points of view
• English, Philology, Journalist, Mass media or Marketing graduate

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Empowering the SoftServe brand as an employer via external activities and initiatives
• Internal communications of a global company using TOP-industry tools (Workplace by Facebook, Outlook, MS Teams, and others)
• Putting sense and emotion into words
• Writing e-mails, posts, and other content pieces per request
• Employer brand campaigns for our associates to increase their engagement
• Social Media campaigns for the external audience
• Analysis of channels and campaigns performance, continuously explore platforms/tools possibilities, competitors, and the market
• Designers, copywriters, other content and digital marketing specialists within briefings, brainstorming, workshops, and other formats for the best content execution
• HR Marketing initiatives in different directions and countries
• Community building by ideation, creation, and facilitation of different formats of events and activities (internal/external)

TOGETHER WE WILL

• Be the voice of SoftServe inside and outside of the company and create state-of-art communications
• Experiment with communication channels, content, and formats to engage the associates
• Operate with the best communication tools on the market (Workplace by Facebook, Outlook, MS Teams, and others)
• Work in a big and diverse HR Marketing team of like-minded people
