And now we are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team!
Scope of your responsibilities:
- Searching for the partner companies and organizations with the right technical stack and necessary experience and expertise
- Creation of a “White list” of approved partners and regional teams of developers.
- Cooperation with the technical leads of SPD Group for choosing the right list of vendors.
- Cooperation with PMs and technical leads of the partnership vendors.
- Crafting a process of choosing a partner or vendor for a certain project.
- Crafting a process of searching for additional developers.
- Leading a project management process and activity.
- Controlling and checking for the quality of performance of the partnership vendors.
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience.
- Working experience as a Partnership Manager, Outstaff Manager, or in a relevant role.
- Flexible, self-motivated, with strong analytical/quantitative and leadership skills
- Intermediate English is a must.
