Your responsibilities:
- Conversion and formatting of end user documentation (Change Items), based on input from developers
- Managing Change Items library and publishing it quarterly for our Clients
- Enhancing automation scripts
- Working with teams of developers to clarify and adjust their input to Change Items
- Constantly learning and developing yourself and your outcome
- Collaborate with colleagues to use collective knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution
Your qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Prior experience working with CMS systems (MadCap Flare, WordPress, etc.)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and design skills
- Ability to work independently and in small teams
- Ideally you have also experience in the Financial Industry or interest therein and want to further develop in this area
- Knowledge of Agile principles and experience in being part of an Agile team is an advantage
- Personal qualities: proactive, team player, self-sufficient, fast-learner, persistent, with high quality and automation mindset
