A few words about us:

  • Startup-oriented design and development company;
  • We give clear targets, do not cap your commission, helping to achieve more;
  • Encourage salespeople to build strong relationships with their clients;
  • Focusing on a career growth and provide mentorship so can dive fast into company processes and start selling from the very beginning.

It is required:

  • Advanced English;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Thrive on learning new things.

It will be a plus:

  • experience in the IT industry, Marketing or SMM;
  • basic knowledge or experience working with CRM;
  • interest in web design and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintaining client relations
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.

Why you might not like us: Hope you’ll like us, but these points still worth mentioning:

  • We’re relatively small team with a flat structure, so if you prefer to work in a huge global company most probably we won’t suit you.
  • We’re working only remotely right now, as soon as we win the war, we’ll open the office again. Though we have office only in Odessa, so if you’re from other city and you cannot work from home or coworking, you may experience problems working with us.

We are a startup-oriented team designing and developing websites, mobile, and web apps for clients from various industries worldwide (naturally, except for Russia and Belarus). Currently, we all work remotely, but as soon as Ukraine wins the war, we’ll open our cozy office in Odesa.
