Hello, future Rooshmate.

We are Roosh, a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects. Our business ecosystem is composed of venture studio Pawa, venture firm Roosh Ventures, Ukrainian AI/ML community AI HOUSE, tech university SET University, R&D company Neurons Lab, and startups Reface and ZibraAI. Roosh aims to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Internal Communications Specialist who dares to go beyond average. You will join a team of the PR department, game changers led by Sasha Borodina.

If you are as passionate about ML & AI as we are, then ready, steady, Roosh.

You will:

— develop, implement, and monitor the efficiency of our internal communications processes

— be responsible for developing internal communications material, including presentations, company announcements, newsletters, guides, and notifications,

— plan and organize corporate celebrations and internal engagement events by yourself or together with an external agency,

— drive the improvement of processes defining the employee experience

— conduct employer brandings activities such as online and offline events, campaigns, presentations, and out-of-the-box initiatives to attract talents and empower recruitment activities

— create and improve the corporate merchandise

It’s all about you:

— have at least two years of Employer Branding/Internal communications experience in the tech industry

— have managed a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets (we use Notion and Slack), mobile, and internal social media channels

— can write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs

— have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects with high attention to detail

— are comfortable working at a face pace and are able to meet deadlines
