We are looking for a magical growth content marketer, who will boost our traction with content creation and distribution. This role is for a startup-minded content creator who wants to be part of the growth team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Define creative ways to distribute high-performing content across startup and development communities. Drive MQLs from viral content initiatives.
• Work on content repurposing to maximize results (short form content reuse, infographics, checklists, summaries, quotes).
• Research, strategize, write and distribute viral content.
• A week in life can look like this: create 10 engaging micro-copies (500 words each) to share the founder’ newsletter across 20 communities.

Perfect candidate:

• 2 years of experience in content marketing. Fluent English. Writing portfolio.
• Creative grammar nazi who wrote for technical audiences before (developers, engineering leaders)
• Hands-on experience with content distribution and content repurposing.
• Miraculous attention to every single detail.
• Deep experience working with HackerNews, dev.to, Product Hunt Discussions, Reddit, AMAs, and Twitter threads.
• An early adopter mindset. Passion for new tech stuff (web 3, AI, Metaverse, crypto).

Bonus points if you have:

• Interest in the startup ecosystem, growth marketing, product marketing, product management.
• Background in engineering and design (courses, internships, education).
• Interest in reading Elena Verna’s posts, listening to Lenny Rachitsky’s podcast, learning from IndieHackers.
