Corporate Psychologist/Therapist (Ukraine) at ELVTR

We are currently seeking a Corporate Psychologist/Therapist to provide mental health support to our Ukrainian team members located in Ukraine and Europe.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates located anywhere in Ukraine.

• Have an extensive background in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), with proven experience in identifying and correcting negative thought patterns quickly and addressing specific current problems to find solutions in a more expedient manner.

• Possess a sharp and analytical mind, with the ability to assess and respond to the mental well-being needs of a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

• Individual & Group Therapy: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support and promote the mental health of our team members.
• Motivational Coaching: Understand what drives our employees and use this insight to motivate them to perform at their peak.
• Performance Analysis: Work with our HR team to conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, helping our team members understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Personalized Approach: Tailor your approach to each individual, recognizing that different people respond to different strategies and incentives.
• Stress Management: Employ various techniques to help individuals manage stress and anxiety in the high-stakes and fast-paced world of tech startups, ensuring they remain focused and effective.
• Ongoing Support & Crisis Intervention: Provide ongoing emotional support as needed and respond to crises.
• Mental Wellness Programs: Develop and implement mental wellness programs tailored to the needs of the team.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology or related field. A Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of experience in a corporate setting.
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to professional ethical guidelines.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours to connect with team members in different countries.
