About Us: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking team dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment while creating a sustainable and commercially viable venture. Our focus is on tree planting, and we are actively seeking a visionary CEO and Co-founder to join us in this exciting journey.
Position Overview: As the CEO and Co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of our tree-planting project. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the environment and possesses a keen business acumen to drive both environmental and commercial success.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the overall strategy and business plan for the tree planting project.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including environmental organizations, government bodies, and commercial entities.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with environmental goals and financial objectives.
- Drive fundraising efforts and explore revenue-generating opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the project and its environmental impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a startup or environmental organization.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse teams.
Additional Attributes:
- Remote position with the possibility to relocate to Estonia or Luxembourg.
- Equity offered instead of a traditional salary.
- The probationary period for equity distribution post-task completion and KPI achievement.
Probationary Period: The probationary period will be in place to evaluate the successful execution of assigned tasks and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Equity distribution will be contingent upon the successful completion of this period.
