I’m Alex, CEO and responsible for Product/Design, my co-founder Slavik is a full-stack engineer and CTO at Heroshot.

We’re seeking a proactive, positive, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about helping people. You’ll be the 3rd person in our small team with a big idea). This is a full-time remote position.

What will you do?
Talk to potential users. Schedule interviews and ask questions. Show our web tools and collect feedback. Onboard users and solve any issues along the way. Our users are Creative Directors, Freelance Photographers, Art Directors, Studio Owners, etc.

The goal is pretty challenging: Get the first 100 users.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Proactive thinker and a team player.
  • Writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to negotiate various pricing options.
  • Successful experience in customer relations/customer support.
  • Previous experience working with the US market is a plus.
