We’re looking for a curious self-starter to join our Customer Success team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work with first-time Attendify clients to help ensure a successfully implemented website, registration and mobile app for their events. You will assist clients by teaching them how to effectively and strategically utilize features and add-on services offered by Attendify to align with and achieve the client’s event-related goals. The outcomes from the Onboarding Specialist’s work with each client will help to establish a strong, positive long-term relationship with Attendify, thus ensuring a smooth handoff of the client to the Customer Success Manager.

  • Work with first-time Attendify clients to help ensure successfully implemented products for their events
  • Uncover a client’s event-related goals and possess the ability to strategize with multiple different types of clients
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless client handoff after their first event is complete
  • Serve as the client’s voice internally and provide feedback on how Attendify can better serve client needs
  • Identify potential opportunities for future account development
  • Comfortable demoing products in real-time (in-person and virtually)
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Attendify products and offerings
  • 1-2 year previous experience in a customer support, onboarding or training role
  • Strong written and spoken English (C1-C2)
  • Availability to work 1pm-9pm Mon-Fri
  • Meticulous documentation and note-taking abilities
  • Agile; able to switch gears multiple times throughout the day
  • Exemplary time-management and client-management skills
  • Passionate about technology and innovation with advanced computer skills
Will be a plus:
  • Experience working with SaaS software tools like Salesforce, Monday, JIRA/Confluence, Intercom, Zoom.
  • Well-versed with Mac OS, iOS, Android, Windows, and other OS platforms
  • Previous experience in the event industry
