Genesis is a full-service international IT company. More than 1,500 people in five countries create products for more than 200 million unique monthly users. We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to help us find and initially select candidates to accelerate the closing of technical and digital vacancies.
What we expect from you:
– similar experience for at least 1 year;
– strong communication skills;
– willingness to work quickly and with a lot of information.
Your tasks will be:
– search for relevant profiles using various resources;
– phone screening;
– appointment and coordination of interviews with candidates;
– qualitative maintenance of the database of candidates.
