The main activity of the company is finding a solution for attracting partners in various directions: social media advertising, affiliate network and comparison websites in various verticals with the help of organic traffic (SEO) and contextual advertising (SEM).

expla specializes in CPA (Cost Per Action) marketing and works at every stage of user acquisition and traffic monetization. The main markets of cooperation are the USA, Germany, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Brazil, France, and others.

expla conducts a socially responsible business. It does not cooperate with the russian market. The agency donates to the Armed Forces of Ukraine every month and believes that the victory of Ukraine is nearing its end. Over the past year, the expla team has grown by 30% compared to the previous period. The company also plans to increase significantly the number of employees by the end of 2024.

In addition, the expla team sorts garbage, plants trees in Kyiv's botanic gardens, disposes of batteries, and uses only certified eco-products. The company has also been taking care of an office turtle named Petro for several years.

Working days in the company

There is a five-day working week with no time tracking in expla. Employees work exclusively for the result, not for the time spent in the office. During martial law, all employees can work both online and offline. Currently, there are two offices in Kyiv and Warsaw. 

There is a gym, daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks in Kyiv’s office.

During blackouts, the agency was ready to provide its employees with all necessary things such as generators, satellite Internet, and supplies of food and water. In case of a fuel shortage, the company is also able to provide its employees with it.

expla offers in-house training programs. The company conducts management schools, invites external lecturers, and provides opportunities for employees to give speeches.

Every year, the employees receive money for training. They can spend money on paying for specialized courses, in particular, learning languages. Trainees are also provided with such an opportunity.

The company also reimburses the employees for the expenses of personal psychologist services without any limitation.

Caring for employees during a full scale invasion

The company has been taking care of the safety and comfort of its employees since the first days of full-scale war. expla:

Now they are actively supporting the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Special Operations Center “А”. When the company was preparing New Year's gifts for employees, it chose the products of the UNITED24 project — Azovstal bracelets and Balenciaga hoodies. The proceeds from the sale went to support Ukraine.

Trial period

The trial period usually lasts three months. After the end of the trial period, HR assesses the specialist's work for the first three months based on the competency matrix. It contains a list of hard and soft skills that the employee must possess.
