SLK Global is a nation wide company, that provides services for customers all across the USA. We are currently seeking a Dispatch Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with locksmith and garage service requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
• Coordinate and schedule services with our field technicians
• Manage and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
