Процес найму

1 Pre-screening with the recruiter
The first stage of the process, where the recruiter discusses the candidate’s experience and provides details about the position.
2 Interview with the HR and team lead
Interview with the HR and team lead to assess the candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit. This can be conducted online or in the office.
3 Training
The training period ranges from several days to one week, conducted onsite in the office under the guidance of the team lead.
4 Employment
The final step is official employment, followed by onboarding and integration into the team.

We are looking for people who speak English well. Experience is not a must — we are ready to train and support you at every stage. What matters most to us is your willingness to learn and openness to new knowledge. Prepare to talk about yourself and your skills, and don’t hesitate to ask questions — it’s important for us to understand your motivation and readiness to grow.
