As of today, online education is a rapidly growing industry. It is an unexplored field for many of us; however, in 10 years, most of us will learn new skills through online education.
Our company came into existence five years ago. Since then, we have had students from 40+ countries. We had trained employees from Google, Vodafone, Pepsi, and other big transnational companies. In our field, we are the leading company in Ukraine; however, our big goal is to be the best company globally.
Since we expand our educational courses regularly and the sales department is rapidly growing, we need to advance its service. Thus, we, and specifically the head of the department, are looking to hire a sales management team supervisor.
If you:
- are responsible and attentive
- can quickly analyze verbal information, and notice patterns in dialogues, as well as, quickly come up with solutions
- are someone for whom listening to the phone calls is a form of meditation
- want to understand what our online courses are all about
- are goal-oriented (specifically for the advancement of phone call quality)
- have some experience working in sales
- know English on the upper-intermediate level (it’s essential that you can quickly grasp what the speakers are talking about)
So, what is it you need to do at this job?
- you will listen and analyze the recordings of the phone calls made by our sales management team
- you would need to make a report with regards to the quality of the phone call and give general feedback on what can be improved
- come up with solutions on how negotiation can be enhanced as well as propose ideas about how the increase in conversion can be reached
- if requested, you are expected to deal with tasks set by the sales management team
From us, you can expect:
- salary- 15 000- 20 000 UAH
- office located on the Square of Contracts (Contract Square)
