Our client, an IT outsourcing company, is looking for a CEO Sales Assistant.
The role is a liaison to the CEO, aiming at boosting his efficiency in business development, marketing, PR, and related activities. This involves significant regular and on-demand research, analysis, communications, and creative work.

We propose an excellent opportunity to work with and learn from a seasoned industry expert, collaborating directly on a daily basis.
This role is a door opener to the international technology sector, and it offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization, working with clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to large multinationals from multiple verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research for outbound activities, such as analysis, pre-qualification, a listing of potential clients, partners, channels, events, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Identification of opportunities, drafting sales pitches, and compilation of materials
  • Booking and supporting meetings for the CEO during road shows, conferences, and other events, using direct communications, event apps, and similar tools
  • Analysis of trends, content, and topics to draft media activities plan, such as regular LinkedIn posts
  • Maintaining up-to-date CRM information
  • Limited administrative support

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Perfect written and oral English and Ukrainian
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of information in a limited time and produce actionable insights
  • High computer literacy, including Office/G-Suite spreadsheets and presentation apps, data analysis automation skills are a big plus
  • Analytical and critical thinking, business communication, proactivity, result orientation, and ability to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with outbound marketing, ABM, and respective tools is a plus
