Marketing/Business Development Manager at The Gradient

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, manage & implement The Gradient’s marketing, sales, and communication strategy.

What you will do:

Plan, run, and measure omnichannel campaigns, promoting our key services:

• Product Strategy
• Product Design

Manage and develop company’s Sales and Marketing channels:

• Corporate Website
• Marketplaces
• Social Media
• Public Relations and Media Presence
• Content Marketing
• Performance Marketing
• Client Marketing
• Awards Management
• Partner network

Managing External vendors ( Video-Agencies, Graphic Designers) to implement specific sales and marketing tasks;

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working in the tech or design agency in a similar position
• At least 4 years of overall experience in marketing or sales;
• strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Advanced English level;
• comfort working in a fast-paced environment;
• highly organized and autonomous.
