We’re looking for an ambitious and responsible Junior Product Manager who will understand our customers’ requirements and drive the users’ experience and product analytics to a new level.
Our ideal candidate cares about customers, has systemic thinking, and is eager to strive as a professional Product Manager.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Manage requirements and transform them into task descriptions
Planning feature implementation and work with the development team
Preparing the analytics (SQL, Mode, Gainsight)
Tracking product health for some modules: email sending, integration
Writing the documentation

Ambitious Product Managers at the start of the career
You should be able to work independently and in team
You can explain hard things in written communications to your grandmother
Critical thinking and willingness to build a good product that solves the problem
Excellent time and task management
Able to understand user and business requirements
Stress-resistant and able to work under pressure
Upper-intermediate English
Strong sense of good user experience
2-3 years of experience in Product team or Support, Customer success
Nice-to-have skills
Completed Business Analytic or Product Manager courses.
Hands-on experience in writing requirements
SQL at the practical level
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and programmatic languages like PHP, Phyton
