Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Tolerance to stress, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility;
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
• Time and priorities management skills, ability to multitask;
• Computer literacy (Gmail, Google Docs, Internet browsers, Microsoft Office products etc.);
• Flexibility: Ability to work morning/day/night shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to English speaking users;
• Monitoring orders and chat correspondence in the admin system;
• Resolving cases that require support team member’s help;
• Processing incoming phone inquiries;
• Performing marketing tasks (promoting additional services and features, processing feedback, etc.);
• Performing additional customer support tasks initiated by management.
