Our goal is to provide flexible technology solutions and the best customer success to enable eCommerce brands to create personalized customer interactions and boost their revenue. We are looking for a User Acquisition and Retention Manager who can effectively communicate our product’s capabilities and assist customers in developing their referral program strategies.

Role Overview:
As a User Acquisition and Retention Manager at Talkable, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and long-term customer success for leading e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute customer retention strategies that drive engagement and strengthen customer relationships.
Collaborate with customers to design and implement effective referral programs tailored to their needs.
Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
Monitor retention metrics and provide insightful reports that offer actionable recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product) to enhance the overall customer experience and align strategies.
Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends and apply best practices to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a User Acquisition and Retention Manager or a similar Customer Success role, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS industries.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or a strong willingness to learn these skills.
Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and incorporate customer feedback into strategic plans.
Customer-first mentality with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
Willingness to work late hours (Kyiv time) Monday to Friday, from 1 pm to 10 pm.
