What You’ll Do:
Understand and articulate key industry and product best practices
Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
Work closely with tech products
Drive growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals
Achieve monthly KPI
Align customer needs with product functionalities for optimal outcomes
Collect data and monitor metrics to improve current processes
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! 😉
Who You Are:
Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead 🙂
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, innovative, and highly organized to connect and work with various stakeholders
Curiosity with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
Experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets
Experience in prioritizing, making decisions, and performing effectively in high-pressure situations
