Financial/Treasury manager at Genesis

An ideal candidate will be able to:

• Plan the financial activities (P L and CF dimensions) of the project on annual, monthly and weekly basis
• Plan and schedule projects payments, monitor payments timely execution by centralized treasury. Support the treasury in bank account opening, KYC procedures, compliance;
• Contribute to projects corporate structure, operational and tax planning;
• Project costs optimization and overall efficiency improvement, including payments (fees, FX, etc.);
• Work closely with financial and legal teams to support relevant compliance procedures;
• Communication with our external partners, including advertising networks, banks. Liaise with colleagues from centralized functions (finance, treasury, legal, etc.; responsible for reporting, daily payments, compliance, tax, etc.); on financial and operational matters;
• Supervised jurisdictions: USA, Cyprus, BVI etc.

Skills and experience needed:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Big-4, FMCG, banks, investment companies is a must;
• English – Advanced;
• Structured thinking and ability to make data-driven business conclusions;
• Started international financial qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.;
• Practical experience working with non-residents is a big plus.
