The Product Innovation Department is an in-house startup incubator within Jooble. The company invests in the search for new business opportunities and promising product ideas in a wide market of solutions and services for career building and employment. The successful products that will find their product-market fit and prove their growth potential should expand the Jooble product ecosystem and become the next step in the company’s growth and expansion.

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Product Innovation team as the product discovery and product strategy hero.

In this role, you will focus on systematically revealing new product opportunities for internal startups, designing product concepts and mentor internal entrepreneurs through startups’ early stages as an experienced product leader.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience as a product manager;
• hands-on experience and deep understanding of the product discovery process for technology products (market research, customer development, user research, product solution design);
• conscious use of agile product management practices and human-centered design approaches along the product life cycle;
• experience in launching new successful IT products (from 0 to 1);
• English level: advanced.

Your responsibilities will include

• Product Discovery:
  • conduct market research to understand customer segments, market players, trends, estimate market size;
  • identify customer personas, needs, problems through ongoing customer development and user research;
  • research competing solutions, define key competing factors;
  • find and refine product solutions to customer needs.
• Product Strategy:
  • collaborate with internal entrepreneurs to develop a product concept, business model and go-to-market strategy;
  • design and test prototype;

• Product Management coach:
  • mentor internal entrepreneurs (startups CEOs) on product management practices;
  • advise startup teams on product decisions through their early stages (pre-seed / seed).
