1 Intro Call with the Company
The first call with a recruiter is a great moment to set the tone — to show your personality, your intention, and your curiosity about the company.
2 Test Task: Non-Technical & Technical
A test task is your chance to show not only your skills but also your approach to work and problem-solving mindset. It’s more than a technical check — it’s an opportunity to present yourself as a professional. So make the most of it!
3 Interview with the Hiring Manager
Before the interview, prepare some questions about processes, culture, or the team’s challenges. This shows genuine interest in the role and your ability to think strategically. Fun fact: sometimes great questions reveal your mindset even better than your answers do.
4 Bar Raising Interview
Bar-raising is the final stage of your conversations with the Headway Inc team. That’s why it’s a big plus if you reflect on your previous interview stages and do a little “lessons learned” review before this one.
