Backend Test Engineer (C#, .NET), Tickets Selling System at DataArt

• Collaborate with multiple teams to define quality goals and roadmaps
• Write high-quality code to create or enhance test frameworks
• Consider key non-functional requirements in your work
• Lead a self-organized agile team, ensuring delivery and promoting stakeholder collaboration
• Work with the QA team to develop a company-wide strategy
• Initiate and develop tech-driven initiatives to improve quality practices

• Experience in organizations with a shift-left approach to quality
• Experience planning, executing, and validating tests for cloud-hosted microservices APIs
• Excellent engineering skills in C# and significant knowledge of automated test approaches and tooling
• Strong understanding and practical experience with TDD
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and managing tests
• Practical experience with tools like GitHub Action/TeamCity
• Good understanding of contract-based testing
• Understanding of cloud-based microservices architecture (e.g., AWS) and associated challengesFamiliarity with containerization, databases, and observability tools
• Familiarity with Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like New Relic or Grafana
• Strong Agile experience
• Problem-solving skills for technical issues
• Knowledge of best practices and methods to achieve high-quality results
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills
• Spoken English
