Yettel is a new telecommunications brand, introduced in 2022, designed for the three countries where PPF Telecom Group’s businesses operate: Bulgaria, Hungary, and Serbia. As a people-first brand, Yettel brings technology and connectivity in one place with a simple mission: helping customers reach balance in their lives.

We have launched an ambitious BSS Transformation program across its CEE telco footprint in Bulgaria, Serbia, and Hungary, operating under the YETTEL brand (formerly Telenor). The Program aims to modernize our networks by replacing legacy business support systems (BSS) with next-generation solutions, enabling us to introduce advanced digital services and superior customer experience across all touchpoints and channels. As part of the Program, business-critical systems, platforms and applications will be replaced and other systems used in the company’s operations will be adapted and integrated into the new technical solution. The Program will run simultaneously in the 3 business units and is expected to last three years.
