Seeking business analyst to join our fast-growing Team. 

Desired candidate:

• 1-2+ years of experience in business analysis;
• Ability to use management and reporting tools;
• Good skills of data visualization and development of presentations;
• Being able to work independently and take responsibility;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with multiple tasks.

What you will do:

Organization development track

• Design organizational structure and plan the Team development;
• Automatization of the teamwork and task tracking;
• Ensuring the flawless teamwork (conduct status calls, assign tasks and track completion;)

Research track 

• Research on market trends, competitors, etc.
• Research on production and sales process optimization

Analytical track 

• Collection and processing of internal data;
• Visualization of aggregated data;
• Preparation of reports on companies performance for management;
